Mohamed is a talented artist from Egypt, we fell in love with his beautiful illustrations and whimsical cartoons and we couldn't wait for a collaboration to take place.
Fortunately, a new birthday greeting card was the ultimate collaborative result.
When did you realize you want to become an artist/illustrator/designer?
Since I was a kid, I used to redraw the comics I read.
If you weren't an illustrator, what would you be?
In terms of your craft, which taught you more, school or life?
Life. Education usually covers the basics, while work life experiences are the real teacher.
How do you start working on a project?
After brainstorming, I try to sketch the first thing that comes to my mind even if I don’t know that much about it. Then I check out references or similar material over the web. Then I would get back to re-edit my sketch after the new data is there which would help to Avoid similarities. Draw other options. Pick one. Then start working on the project process.
Who is the most inspiring person to you?
My grand father
My ambition far exceeds my achievements.
A great vacation after achieving something.
