Fortunately, a new birthday greeting card was the ultimate collaborative result.\nWe asked Mohamed a few question to know more about him.\n \nWhen did you realize you want to become an artist\/illustrator\/designer?\nSince I was a kid, I used to redraw the comics I read.\n \nIf you weren't an illustrator, what would you be?\nA novelist\n \nIn terms of your craft, which taught you more, school or life?\nLife. Education usually covers the basics, while work life experiences are the real teacher.\n \nHow do you start working on a project?\nAfter brainstorming, I try to sketch the first thing that comes to my mind even if I don’t know that much about it. Then I check out references or similar material over the web. Then I would get back to re-edit my sketch after the new data is there which would help to Avoid similarities. Draw other options. Pick one.
